What would we do with a $50k hiring grant form Intuit?

So you know what you're helping us accomplish!

Intuit Hiring Grants will be awarded to the businesses you love. Your votes help determine which three local businesses win. Anyone, including business owners, can vote by sharing a brief comment about why they love a local business. You can nominate another business but we hope you will vote for us http://bit.ly/gpBBNj 

• At the end of each month (January, February, March), one (1) business is randomly chosen from all of the votes posted since the start of the contest on January 1. (I.e. votes from January carry over to February and March; votes from February carry over to March.)
• While both fans and businesses may vote, the owner of the randomly selected business must also have nominated their own business after January 1 and before the random drawing in order to be eligible to win an Intuit Hiring Grant.
• Those businesses who win monthly Intuit Hiring Grants worth $25,000 become Finalists who are eligible to win the Grand Prize Intuit Hiring Grant and have their award increased to $50,000
• For the Grand Prize, our guest judge(s) will review the nominating comments, business website, facebook page and/or blog of the three (3) Finalists who win in January, February and March.
• The judge(s) will then determine which one (1) of the three (3) Finalists will win the Grand Prize $50,000 Intuit Hiring Grant by selecting the business that is most “loved by its customers, vendors, employees, or local community.” 

Now for our vision.

We project that we can add up to 3 jobs to the local Chattanooga economy that will continue our effort to help local businesses thrive and navigate in an online market place.

We are looking to add:

• 1 Part-time Copywriter
• 1 Part-time Designer 
• 1 Part to full-time Web Developer
• OR 1 full-time Web Developer

Addition of these jobs will help our clients businesses grow and assist with our backlog of Mobile Apps, Websites and Web Apps to help grow Chattanooga as a center for creative technology start-ups.

With the grant that ranges from $25k-$50k Juncture will be able to focus on expansion and saving to allow us to sustain the added jobs in the future and allow the founder, Strat Parrott, to focus on business development.
